SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON THE NATURE OF THE NEEDS

AFCA est à mettre en place un système de suivi lors de la production d’eau d’érable afin d’optimiser son processus. Les défis sont de qualifier l’eau d’érable de la forêt à l’évaporateur afin de produire du sirop d’érable avec peu de GES. Les étapes de transformation sont récolté en forêt, osmose inverse, transport, évaporation et mise en baril. Ce suivi comprend de la chimie et processus de transformation et la création de la première base de données acéricole en vue de l’intégration de IA.
