Afin de soutenir les entreprises dans leur innovation AMIES dispose de plusieurs leviers d'action :
- financier : PEPS (Projets Exploratoires Premier Soutien), qui financent d'une manière simple et flexible les projets de collaboration maths-industrie.
- scientifique : SEME, qui donnent aux entreprises l'opportunité de tester les bénéfices des mathématiques sur une problématique traitée par des doctorant-e-s durant une semaine
